Helovia Appliances values customer satisfaction. As we work through an inquiry-based system, all details regarding returns and refunds will be discussed on a case-by-case basis during the confirmation of your order.

General Return Policy: We offer returns on products that are defective or damaged upon delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Refunds: Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and inspected. Approved refunds will be credited to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

  • Damaged items due to customer misuse

Shipping Costs for Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or incorrectly sent by us.
